The minute I book my summer holiday, I’m in outfit planning mode. Especially this year – I’m trying to make sure I don’t buy/take as much away with me, so I’m working on getting organised! Holiday style is something I loveeee, but baggage restrictions and not wanting to spend a bomb on stuff I’ll only wear in sunnier climates both impact what I take.
Tie tops like this are one of the things I can’t wait to wear on hols. I’ve ended up buying about 3 different styles from I Saw It First ready to take to Greece. They’re just right for a super sunny holiday! Yup, there’s a lot of flesh on show, but I’m thinking worn on the beach, or layered up on cooler nights. They’re not bikini material, but seen as I normally stick to paddling I’m sure they’ll be fine! I even like them glammed up for evenings – I’ve got a khaki style with matching high waist trousers that I’m obsessed with.
A FEW FAVOURITES
So, alongside ISIF loves, I’ve also got a few others I neeed to add to my holiday wardrobe. How cute are the Nobody’s Child floral crops?! Really girly and extra cutesy. I’m wanting more styles like that – it’s the sort of style I wear with denim shorts during daytime and skirts in the evening.
Today I’m wearing the black version of the tie tops with my favourite Miss Selfridge Mom Jeans… After all, I’m still in Sheffield at the minute. With my holiday being quite late on in the summer, I don’t want to wait to show you all the clothes I’ve been buying. By the time I get back we’ll be digging the knitted jumpers out again… Blehhh. I’ve got bikinis I need to share too – most up to now have been eBay bargains or ASOS purchases. I’ve still got room for more though.
